Amal is an MBA candidate specializing in Global Strategy & Leadership. She holds a Master’s degree in Translational Biomedical Engineering from McGill University and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the Université de Montréal. Before joining the MBA program, Amal honed her strategic skills in the healthcare sector, where she worked in project management to drive operational efficiency and complex problem-solving.
As President, Amal is dedicated to championing the student voice and translating feedback into action. She is committed to active listening and advocacy, aiming to implement meaningful changes that directly address student needs and elevate the overall graduate experience.

Nafissatou Diallo is a Master of Management in Retailing student. Passionate about entrepreneurship and strategic development, she is driven by the process of transforming ideas into meaningful and impactful initiatives. With experience in student engagement, program coordination, and market analysis, Nafissatou has developed strong skills in project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration.
As VP-External, she is looking forward to enhancing the Desautels student community experience, both professionally and socially, by building strong industry partnerships, expanding networking opportunities, and fostering greater collaboration among students. She is committed to creating initiatives that support professional growth, strengthen community connections, and help graduate students thrive throughout their academic journey.

Zoë is a Master of Management in Analytics (MMA) student with a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She previously had a history of work in the customer service industry, particularly in events. Joining school community involvement with previous experience was a natural extension to bring value to DGSS.
As VP Internal, Zoë aims to create diverse events to encourage engagement and bring together students of all programs under DGSS. She believes fun, connection, and friendship are key to the university experience and create the balance we all need as students (and people).

Oreoluwa is an MBA candidate building a career in Strategy and Healthcare Operations Management. Before the MBA, he worked as a Pharmacist, a Digital Content Marketer and a Strategic Business Development Manager. Oreoluwa brings a multidisciplinary approach to the program with experiences spanning consulting, healthcare, technology, SaaS, and consumer products. Over his career, he has helped businesses in these sectors identify target audiences, craft compelling messaging, and build and implement strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth.
As Vice President of Communications, Oreoluwa is committed to amplifying the voices and initiatives of the graduate student body. He strives to deliver clear, transparent, and compelling communications that fosters open dialogue and meaningful engagement.
Outside academics, Oreoluwa enjoys playing and watching football, reading and volunteering for strategic initiatives.

Sana Muti is an MBA candidate at McGill University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Delhi. With several years of experience in operations, program management, and customer success, she has worked in dynamic EdTech and startup environments supporting teams and initiatives at scale.
As Vice President of Student Clubs and Academics at DGSS, Sana is passionate about supporting student clubs and enhancing the academic experience for graduate students. She serves as a bridge between students, faculty, and academic leadership, fostering collaboration, accessibility, and inclusive engagement across the student community.
Outside academics, Sana enjoys singing, exploring nature, and community engagement.

Zacharie (He/Him/Il) was born and raised in Quebec. He built his academic foundation at Desautels through the BCom and GCPA, and is now in the MMA program. His studies taught him technical rigor and something important: numbers are meaningless without context. This philosophy shapes his approach as VP Finance. He aims for efficient and accountable operations that serve the DGSS community through transparency and collaboration in decision making.
Beyond spreadsheets, he is deeply committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion advocacy to create safe and welcoming spaces for everyone.
Outside DGSS, you'll find him pursuing two equally serious endeavors: full-time poutine consumption and part-time Christmas decoration set making.
His door is always open for ideas, concerns, or suggestions. In his words: "N'hésitez pas à me contacter en français."

Annie is an MMR candidate who has recently graduated from McGill with a bachelor's degree double double-majoring in mathematics and business analytics. Drawing on internship, entrepreneurship, research, and teaching assistant experiences, she focuses on business strategy and consumer-centric decision making, using data driven insights to develop clear and actionable solutions.
As VP Case Competitions, she aims to bring bright minds together through high impact case competitions that support students in delivering confident, compelling, and well executed solutions. She loves bouldering and skiing, and is also open to collaborating on creative portrait photography projects.

Aima is currently pursuing a Master of Management in Analytics (MMA) at McGill University. She holds a bachelor's degree with double majors in Finance and Marketing, along with an MBA. With experience in marketing and research, she brings a diverse skill set to the program. Before moving to Canada, she spent time in Turkey, where she gained proficiency in Turkish language, explored different cultures, and enjoyed meeting new people.
Beyond academics, Aima has a passion for baking, cooking, traveling, and fostering connections. As an MMA Online Representative, she is dedicated to ensuring that online students have equal access to career opportunities, networking experiences, and academic resources comparable to their in-person counterparts. She aims to create an engaging and collaborative environment by organizing events, facilitating discussions, and strengthening peer connections.

Nouran graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Applied Science in 2021 and has since worked across B.C. on a variety of tunneling and trenchless construction projects as a Geotechnical Engineer. She is also a passionate advocate for empowering women and international students in STEM and currently serves as Mentorship Director for Women in Consulting Engineering (WCE) Vancouver.
Outside of work, Nouran enjoys listening to podcasts, staying active, traveling, and discovering new food spots. She is excited to work alongside Aima to bring fresh ideas and initiatives to the MMA Class of 2026 and looks forward to seeing how the MMA community will grow!

Chloe is currently pursuing the Master of Management in Analytics program. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics: Statistics and Economics at the University of Maryland, followed by a Data Analytics Bootcamp, where she strengthened her technical and analytical skills. Chloe joined the MMA program to further develop her ability to leverage analytics and AI to drive strategic, data-informed decisions.
Outside of school, Chloe loves traveling, cafe hopping, taking pictures, and creating short videos to capture everyday moments. You can often find her at a cozy coffee shop, enjoying her favorite cup while working or chatting with friends. As the MMA class representative, she hopes to build a friendly and inclusive community by connecting her cohort with previous ones, encouraging collaboration, and making the MMA experience enjoyable and supportive for everyone.

Thibault is a Master of Management in Finance (MMF) candidate with an international business undergraduate background. Prior to joining McGill University, Thibault has done various exchange programs and internships abroad, feeding a strong interest in global finance and cross-cultural collaboration.
As MMF representative and head of Alumni Relations at Desautels Capital Management, Thibault aspires to reinforce his cohort’s cohesion with external students and create a memorable experience for them.
Outside of academics, Thibault enjoys fashion as well as science-based training and nutrition.

Ria Zhang is a Master of Management in Retailing (MMR) candidate at McGill University, building on her Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Marketing from McMaster University, where she was consistently named to the Dean’s Honour List. She is also a CFA Level II candidate.
Ria currently serves as the North America Director for VMAX Forklift, a China-based industrial vehicle manufacturer with over $1 billion USD in annual sales revenue worldwide. In this role, she is leading the company’s expansion into the Canadian and U.S. markets by developing strategic partnerships, exploring regulatory compliance, and building retail and after-sales operations abroad.
As MMR Representative, Ria is dedicated to strengthening her cohort’s connections and creating opportunities that enhance both professional development and cultural exchange. She is passionate about bridging retail innovation, data-driven insights, and global market strategy.

Lau is currently a Master of Management in Analytics (MMA) candidate with a background in Economics and Opertations Management at McGill University. Her academic foundation allows her to approach decision-making from both a strategic and big picture perspective, while keeping a practical approach.
She chose to pursue the MMA to apply analytical tools to real world business problems and drive meaningful change through data-driven insights. Before joining the program, she completed internships across accounting, finance and the public sector, giving her a well-rounded understanding of business and policy environments.
As an MMA representative, Lau is dedicated to supporting her cohort’s academic and professional growth, fostering a strong sense of community and ensuring that everyone gets the most out of the program.
Outside of school, you can often find her listening to country music, catching up with friends, taking long walks around Old Port or planning her next weekend getaway to Ottawa!
